I AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

Upon Acessing the Membership Area of Weballi.com You Agree to the Following

I understand that Weballi.com through PayPal.com services will charge my credit
card as stated per invoice and I understand and accept all TERMS and CONDITIONS
as listed below for Access to Membership Area including all FREE and PAID Services.

I agree and have read the complete TERMS and AGREEMENTS.
All IP Information Is Logged For Customer Protection and to track your activity.

Weballi.com charges a monthly based fee for access to the membership area of the
website. Other costs for some services located in the membership area are
associated. This fee is accessed to provide discounts and services with no
additional fees. You agree that the monthly membership fee is paid monthly solely for
access to the membership area. In addition upon cancellation of membership
services your account access will be removed immediately at the time cancellation
was requested regardless of date of last billing. All services recieved such as
website hosting will be cancelled and removed as well.

REFUNDS - In the event that you wish to cancel Weballi Membership Services, be
strongly advised we do NOT issue REFUNDS for membership accounts that have
been active for more than 24 hours. This is set to prevent end-users from gaining
access to the membership area to utilize our services then cancel shortly after with
full intentions of receiving a full refund. In some special cases we may issue a refund
but this is based SOLEY on OUR DISCREATION.

HOSTING - As an added service, Weballi.com offers free website hosting with 50MB
Disc Space and a 1/GB monthly bandwidth gaurantee. We will NOT place any ads on
your website for any reason, however, if there are ads on your website we assume no
resonsibility in removing the ads from your website. In the event you terminate
Weballi.com Membership your Hosting Account will be Terminated as well without
NOTICE! Please be aware this service is provided only to members and we cannot be
held resonbible for loss of data when your account is deleted. All hosting accounts
require either a domain registration through us, another provider or for you to provide
your own. Hosting accounts cannot be issued with a registered domain.

DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS - Weballi.com through fasthosts.com will request to have
your domain registered. We charge a domain registration fee for all new registrations
paid on a yearly basis. In the event you choose NOT to renew a domain name it will
become inactive and unaccessable. It is your resonsibility to keep track of renewal
dates and/or setup automatic renewal service.

ALL OTHER SERVICES - Weballi.com offers a large number of great services either for
free or for a fee. All services are subject to your acceptance of our terms and
agreements and by accessing the membership area of the website you hereby agree
to these terms and agreements. You will receive only what is clearly stated for each
service including but not limited to website hosting, website design, logo design,
search engine and directory submissions, fast traffic and seo tools.
